Depart Perth and journey eastward over Western Australia’s vast and changing landscapes on this unforgettable flight to the spectacular Wave Rock.

As you take off, enjoy views of the Perth CBD to the north before heading east over an endless stretch of native forest that extends to the horizon. After around 20 minutes, the sea of green gives way to open farmland, where vast paddocks are used for wheat and sheep grazing.

In winter, this region becomes a vibrant patchwork of green, crisscrossed by rivers and salt lakes, while in summer it transforms into the golden, sunburnt Outback for which Western Australia is famous.

Soon, you’ll arrive at Wave Rock, landing on a charming country airstrip before taking a short drive to the Hyden Wildlife Park and Wave Rock Reserve. Here, take time to explore this extraordinary granite formation, which rises 15 metres high and curves gracefully like a breaking ocean wave. It’s the perfect spot to capture stunning photos or simply admire one of Australia’s most iconic natural landmarks.

After exploring, enjoy a picnic lunch and refreshments surrounded by the peaceful Outback landscape before returning to your aircraft for the flight back to Perth.
